Your enquiry. Your privacy.
How Floorbitz uses the details you provide when requesting a flooring or tiling estimate.
Contacting Floorbitz
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the message you provide. Floorbitz uses this information to respond, discuss your project and prepare an estimate. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
The enquiry is emailed to Floorbitz and a protected website record is retained for up to 90 days. The hosting provider processes these records to operate the website. During this temporary approval preview, enquiries are sent to the website developer instead of Floorbitz.
Spam prevention and cookies
The form uses short-lived security tokens and a hashed network identifier to limit spam. The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The gallery admin uses an essential sign-in cookie.
